Frequently Asked Questions
To start your subscription, a minimum payment for 3 months in advance is required. After the initial 3-month period, the subscription will switch to a monthly payment plan, which will be charged monthly thereafter.
Subscription will convert to a monthly basis status payable on the 1st day of the month.
You will be able to cancel your subscription at any time with a minimum 30-Day Notice which will take effect on the next 30-day billing cycle.
Example- you have requested cancellation on 16th of April, then cancellation will take effect on the next billing cycle ending on the last day of May. The service will continue through the end of May as you have already paid for that billing month.
Unfortunately, we do not offer prorated refunds. If you cancel your subscription, you will be charged for the full 30-day notice period, and no refund will be issued for any unused time.
Yes, you can change your subscription plan at any time. The new plan will take effect after the current billing cycle ends. Please reach out to our customer support team to assist you with any plan changes.
To cancel your subscription, simply contact our customer support team via email or through your account dashboard. Remember, a 30-day notice period is required for cancellation.
After your initial 3-month subscription, your plan will automatically renew on a monthly basis. You will be charged on a monthly cycle unless you decide to cancel with the required 30-day notice.
If a payment is missed, your subscription may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding amount is paid. To avoid any interruptions in service, please ensure your payment details are up to date.
